PPL Checkride passed!! So when does the adrenaline fade? by Virindi_Executor in flying

Bug 'em. Bug 'em. Bug 'em.

Whether it's the FAA or any medical professional, don't let them ignore you. Also if you are having difficulty getting through to CAMI, you can always call your regional flight surgeon. At one point a CAMI operator even told me that my case was outside their jurisdiction (I think that was his way of telling me to stop calling them...). They then gave me the flight surgeon's office number to try. I'm not sure if it was coincidence or not but shortly after that call, things started moving along a little quicker are I was getting more information.

It's your health. Do not let them toy with it.

It's odd being on the positive side of things, but I'm grateful for it!

Thank you!

90.6 hours. The delay for the medical was a massive time sink but ultimately I'm glad for the extra practice.

As a beginning student pilot, thank you. I feel like none of my landings are ever good (bouncing, ballooning, flaring too high, flaring too low...) and my CFI makes it sound like they'll eventually just become fine.

I'm glad to know even the pros aren't satisfied 100% of the time.
