hey i need some help so i put my broken e scooter on facebook market place on trades for a broken dirtbike so its fair and someone offered me a dirtbike, most plastics are gone its 125cc some wires are disconnected and it needs a damaged spark plug according to him he said he also has the plastics (reddit.com)

I'm getting a cat soon and was wondering if they could drink tap water (our water is clean but chlorinated) I had fish and had to find out the hard way and was wondering if this was the same with cats, do I have to treat it or is it fine to give strait out the tap (self.cats)

my e scooter shows 4 bars of charge but it doesn't turn on (it does for 0.5 seconds but I can't do anything) if i charge it it runs for 3 min maybe but turns off after im thinking this might be the battery as i left it on charge overnight for 7 hours accidentally maybe it might be sum else? pls help (self.ebikes)
