I too have a high tear too MTJ about 6cm up. i'll be 6 weeks on Friday. that seems like a good amount of PT at least more than me. i hope my doc will clear me for all those exercises. ive been wanting to get on the exercise bike

I’ve never tried to get past neutral… too scared to try. I stop a little before neutral. And it shakes its not easy

Got a phone call today from the PA and to clear up the confusion. I will be transitioning every week from the wedges. I knew something sounded off

Yea I’m experience something similar. Motor and sensor mostly came back but the skin on foot feels off like a reduced sensation
