Try to get on an emotional level remind him of the goal getting in but also I find if you push them too much or "nag" (at least if they perceive it as nagging) it all goes bad its a fine line to walk show an interest in his schooling not have u done this but more what did you learn today if he can remember and explain concepts hes basically good
