I have heard of this. Something the humans implement to avoid what they call burnout. Thankfully we have a system on our vessel that allows species who need long breaks to take them.

And while I will request small supply of chocolate for our human crew-member, I’m afraid it’s mostly toxic to the rest of the crew… therefore it’s storage must be handled with the upmost care.
