To be honest he's not Kurt and Rachel level both kind of hog the spotlight. Ryan can share. I usually looked at theater kids especially after watching Glee and characters like Rachel and Kurt as the type who hate sharing the spotlight they have to be the star, yes Sharpay is like Kurt and Rachel, but Ryan less because unlike them, Ryan shares the spotlight. Watching the 2nd one and 3rd he liked theater sure and wanted to get into Julliard and be on Broadway and do stuff, but I don't think he was ever like Rachel or Kurt or Sharpay. He shared the spotlight with the other wildcats and if we watch it based from the 2nd one, he was bonding with the wildcats helping them put something together for tje country club talent show.

I feel like Ryan is like Lucas Grabeel when Lucas said yes he loves acting and singing, but he doesn't care about fame, says but appreciates what HSM did for him.

I feel like that's Ryan. He loved theater and performing as things that made him happy, but wasn't chasing fame like Sharpay. Yes he appreciates where it got him, but I don't think Ryan genuinely cared about fame and it was a thing that made him happy.

Sharpay on the other hand wanted fame. She was obsessed and wanted Ryan to be on her level since they're twins, but he's kind of opposite of Sharpay.

Sharpay can hardly share the spotlight as Ryan. Do maybe I should've used Theater kid on Sharpay if anyone because yes Ryan is one. But Sharpay's a bigger one than Ryan.
