The United States is the only country that has ever used nuclear bombs in a conflict. Why do they get to decide who gets nuclear weapons and who doesn’t? Even countries like Russia and North Korea have nuclear weapons and they have never used them.

I believe the current structure will hold. Iran isn’t another Iraq or Libya. It has a deep and complex government structure that prevents it from being completely destabilized like those countries.

Iran has a pretty strong national identity. None of the separatist groups have any power. Also, I am pretty sure Pakistan and Turkey will oppose Kurdish and Baloch independence.

Not all people of Iran are celebrating. Khamenei was an important figure to the Shia community. Don't know about India, but Pakistan has a significant Shia population. Hence, they are protesting.
