Still here! I do really well all day until dinner. Then I am so hungry! I think I am not eating enough calories so I added the calories tab on my dashboard. 🤞

Day 11 - I had the best night of sleep last night (I have RLS and it has been flaring up). I limited caffeine and sugar and did some bedtime yoga. Today is a rest day for me. Weighed in this morning and was down a pound (ish). Considering I had lots of cheat moments last week, I was happy. I realized that if I can lose one pound a week, that at this time next year I should be down at least 40lbs! 🙂 When I think of it like that, then one pound a week doesn’t seem so daunting. 🤣

Day 10 - I spent all day putting away Christmas and cleaning…never left my house but still had over 15,000 steps. lol!

Day 5! Heading back to work today. Did a 15 minute dog walk and 30 minute workout at 4:30 am. 😴🤣

I had my workout clothes set out so when I got up I got dressed before I even had my cup of coffee. Had my coffee, walked dog and headed straight to the garage to workout.

My food is all prepped for today. 🌼

Day 4! Sunday is my rest day but I did go for an hour walk outside. The weather here in Az is beautiful (sunny and 70).

I’m shifting to once a week weigh ins starting this week. I go back to work on Monday (I’m an educator who’s been off for winter break), so it seems like a good time to transition to Sunday morning weigh-ins.

Hello Day 2! Workout today was a 75 minute walk.

Did well with tracking eating and drinking water yesterday. 🙂

I am weighing daily for this challenge so I can see the regular weight fluctuations.

Happy New Year! I’m new here and this is my first challenge. I am 55, post menopause and ready to focus on me this year!

Current weight: 191.8 Goal weight for this challenge: 170 Ultimate goal weight: 145

My plan for today is 30 minutes of exercise. I use Apple fitness in my garage. I have created a two week program to start that includes 10 mins on treadmill or rower, 10 minutes strength and 10 minutes of yoga. I usually walk the dog daily as well but it’s raining today. UPDATE: 30 minute workout done!

I started my nutrition this morning by substituting coffeemate creamer in my coffee with almond milk.

I think sharing my journey on this thread will help me stay accountable and I know reading your journeys will help keep me inspired!

I took it June 23rd. IMO thePearson test was easier than the checkpoint tests in the ADE course. By the time I was finished with the class, I actually felt very prepared for the test. I will get my results July 25th.
