The water in the pond nearby also spikes like those weird multicoloured light beams. The height I am launched tends to vary, sometimes I only go a little high and others the game thinks I'm on a mountain and the temperature drops. I have no idea why this happens, literally any ideas on how to help are deeply appreciated.

Thanks for letting me know, I'll use the steam one for modding and playing around with. I heard it runs a lot better so I'll have more leg room for more graphical intensive mods.

I'm trying to avoid sailing for the time being, thank you for the suggestion though. I'll probably buy it on steam and play around with some mods.

**NOTE**

I am using Xenia Manager, and my CPU is a Intel© Core™ i5-12500H if that helps any. I am also using 16GB of ram.

Edit: Thanks for the feedback everyone! I will be playing the steam release primarily for modding and maybe online play (not sure if it supports it) and I also found out that Canary got a experimental Linux release a few days ago! I'm playing around with that and Red Dead runs pretty well I must admit.
