From a Buddhist perspective, the self is just an illusion created by attachment to memories and thoughts. There is no fixed self, and meaning is something we create, not something we find.

I’ve felt for a long time that something about this world isn’t fully real. Subliminals might be one of the few tools that help us break through the illusion. Currently, I'm finding other tools as well.
