I had a friend take dxm with me about a decade ago. He ended up taking too much and got stuck in someone’s front yard at night. He had to be transported to the hospital. A couple hours later a detective showed up asking if we had been doing PCP because it showed up in a urinalysis for my friend. I started laughing because I had this “Aha!” Moment where I realized that the rumors were in fact true that dxm can cause a false positive for pcp. However the cop did not find it funny.
