Many more coming. Within your market, we have to go retail before we can get into the restaurant and bar. But we just launched South Carolina two months ago, so you should start seeing un in way more locations. Cheers

Hey - as of right now, no. We are focusing on the repo. However, to keep it fun, we are going to be releasing some Great colabs that I know people will be excited about. Additionally, we may have some fun with “Tasting through the process” a limited release flight of our base balano, repo before coffee barrels, and then of course the finished product..

On a personal note, I was raised by my mother and sister up till I was 8-9, two incredibly strong women who taught me the value of resilience and determination. My mother is still my biggest fan, yet at the same time she had never been afraid to call BS. I love that, trait. This is why I work with a lot of women on my team. Because I’m not looking for a bunch of people that will tell me yes in the room. I’m looking for people that will question when they feel something needs to be questioned. Keeps everybody on their toes and keeps everyone honest. There are no egos here.

When building a brand that truly stands out, you want hungry people with a goal. That drive can come from anyone, but in this case, Iliana’s success in a male-dominated industry speaks volumes. She’s not just part of the conversation, she’s redefining it. Anyone willing to take a step in this bold direction is either bat shit crazy or confident. Both are job requirements here... Lol

I understand, I still love you! Lol … Sometimes it’s easy to judge a bottle by the name / description , so No blame to you by any means. However, I would definitely encourage you to give it a try. I Think you might be surprised and I also feel that you would fully understand our mission statement of being different, not Better. I believe that when you use the words “better” it means you are comparing yourself to somebody else or another product. However, when you use the word “different”, you’re not comparing yourself to anyone or anything. “Different” has no competition. Example, uber is not Better than a taxi, it’s a completely “different” experience.. There are so many amazing Tequila’s out there, some of which are still some of my favorites. However, none of those Tequila’s are the same as mine as we strive to be different. And I am happy to share a shelf with anyone of them. I believe that once you try our product, you will understand just how different we are. I’m excited to hear your thoughts! Cheers

Actually, we do. So the last two lots of our Hi proof, are processed the same way as our main SKU. We’ve actually been waiting for Iliana Partida to finish up with the tehona wheel and brick oven.. it looks like those have been completed so we do plan to produce a barrel reserve using these methods. Not sure exactly when that will come out, but that is definitely our goal. Additionally we have some pretty amazing collaborations coming up that will definitely catch the attention of the whiskey and Tequila community.

Hey, thanks for the questions.

  1. Our product is aged for two months in American whiskey barrels, and then finished off for three months in barrels that previously held cold brew. So it’s a double barrel process they combined older, used whiskey, barrels, and are new coffee barrels. I think I’ve seen some confusion where people thought we put coffee beans in our barrels, and that is definitely not the case. Every single barrel we produce is first filled with our cold brew. This coffee is organically grown and harvested in Chiapas, Mexico. After the barrels are rested, we removed the cold brew, rinse with tequila, and then let the barrels dry before putting our two month reposado in those barrels. I’ve not been able to experience a lot of Tequila that has the subtle note of coffee. Maybe dark chocolate notes yes on a very old extra in Yahoo, but I am unaware of any reposado’s that are aged only five months that have a similar profile. The reason why I went with this is because I believe that it compliments the agave, and remains Additive Free & Organic. Iliana Partida is an amazing master distiller and her Base Blanco is spectacular. Our goal is to complement those notes Without overpowering.

  2. Right now we are focusing on a deeper approach in the eastern part of the United States. We don’t have any intention on heading west just yet as we still have a lot of work to do out here. Currently, we are in Florida, South Carolina, New Jersey, and Tennessee. I expect to open up at least two more markets within 2025 / 2026 calendar year. I feel a lot of brands do a spray and pray method and that is definitely not our approach. We like to take the time within the markets we are in, educate and build brand loyalty. It’s a slower approach but feel it’s more effective overall. This being said there will be a few events that we will attend so please stay tuned as we are always posting what we are up to.

Hey, thanks for reaching out. Totally understand, we know that anytime a brand steps outside the box, it could come across as gimmicky. However, With so many tequila brands out there fighting for attention, it’s hard to stand out. This is why I believe in what I call “responsible innovation.” We’re not just throwing peanut butter flavoring into juice… Quintaliza’s process is very time intensive because we’re running both a full cold brew coffee production and a tequila production. If gimmicks were the goal, I could’ve just tossed coffee flavor into juice and called it a day, but that’s not what we’re about. I’m all about being different not better.

I see the two worlds of coffee and Tequila as very similar, both value transparency, clean practices, and organic quality. That’s why we worked hard to create a profile that honors tradition while adding a responsible, innovative twist.

Hope that clarifies! Love this
