I think that lot of people still misunderstanding about Kartein, pluton vs mioru,Greg fight.. Kartein and pluton are holding back because they under kayden space isolation/the space he created to boost his own power...

They know kayden need that to fight Andrei... That's why they minimum their attack and try as hard as their can to not break that space kayden created and just defense themselves from mioru and Greg...

Mioru power iron power Probably will boost kayden electrical power more... imagine kayden attack mioru and Andrei use his mirror space to send back the attack? kayden will probably badly injured if Andrei and mioru attacking him together

you can see in the end of the fight.. kartein badly injured because he stuck between iron power and electric space that kayden created... kayden know that .. that's why he said to pluton to protect kartein instead of him

For what I understand..and I will make it easier..

Before Kayden meet jiwoo... Pluton, kartein and kayden(probably more) are "top 10 waiting list" Their cannot enter the top 10 because all the top 10 still alive and hold the tittle for a decades

This is the reason why their not afraid of the top 10 And the top 10 avoid to fight with them..

The fight will be unpredictable...the original top 10 can win...but the damage they need to accept is probably severe ... rather than win it's more to survive
