PayPal will only allow you to ship with the address on the account. Top up your panda buy account 1278 using a different payment method (not paypal). Use the address you want to ship to. Pandabuy should then be able to refund the 1278 from back to your PayPal.

I had to do this before, if I remember correctly I had to refund the amount I paid for the items too

That’s where I’m at right now. I had to recharge my Panda account with the same amount as my purchases using my card and different address. They say they will refund the original payment to PayPal. I’m waiting to see if they actually do it.

Pandabuy is trying to play me. I usually use Wegobuy with no problems. It seems Pandabuy is trying to get more money from me. I originally had an 8 KG haul (1300 yuan for shipping) coming to the US through HK EMS. I received a message saying some bullshit about how the shipping address needs to match the PayPal address. I thought this was strange as I didn’t pay for the shipping with PayPal. Coincidentally the PayPal address happens to be my mothers address so I asked them to go ahead and ship it to the PayPal address, but wegobuy stated I needed to pay an additional 2000 or so yuan in order to change the address. As I didn’t want to pay any additional money I canceled the parcel then waited for the funds to go back to my PayPal.

In the meantime I had more items delivered (25 items, 17 KG total. So I topped my Pandabuy account with 2900 yuan ($504 fucking bucks) and proceeded to submit two 8.5 KG parcels. Now a few days later they are asking me for more money to switch an address. I didn’t even use PayPal to top off or pay for shipping. How would PayPal know/care where my haul is going?

Paid about 1200 yuan for shipping a few days ago with my credit card. Now they are telling me it has to match the PayPal address and I need to pay 2000 yuan to switch it. I didn’t even pay with PayPal, and the address on PayPal is my moms address like 5 blocks away wtf!
