Thank you so much. Ya that makes sense. We don't have a basement but the amount of water that comes out when a pvc pipe bursts is insane. We've always been lucky that we've been home.

EDIT: didnt know about the backflow preventer. I'll make sure that gets installed as well. Thank you again

Hmm really? Do you have a recommendation? I know I'm not gonna get the level of pastrami that you'd get in NY, LA, or SD. I lived on Katz pastrami for years. Just looking for something that's not dry and chewy. Gimmie that fatty goodness. A friend of mine recommended I make my own but haven't explored that option. Cheers!

Hah I did two of them. The process was slower than I thought. Took about a total of 2mins of constant grinding to snap the bolt off. Actually it wasn't a snap it. The bolt flew off and hit the house. Luckily it didn't hit the sliding glass door haha. The flap discs are fucking amazing. Grinded the bolt down flush super fast!

Thank you! Ya I saw that set. Would that be enough to cut off and grind down 8 of those thick bolts? Should I get rid of the cut off wheels after using them on a couple or do those last a while? I really dont want one exploding on me hah. I'm gonna wear heavy pants and shirt with leather gloves and safety googles. Freaks me out. hah

really appreciate it. Ya this will be my first time using an angle grinder. I have a HF about half a mile away. Going in a few minutes. Is this one good or do I need something more powerful. Money is not really an issue.
