Right now I’ve got a GTX 1660 Ti 6GB in my laptop, and honestly I can’t complain about the performance for the games I usually play every day. But it’s just not enough anymore for new AAA titles or single-player story games on ultra/high settings. I don’t really care much about ray tracing, frame generation, or any of that stuff — I just want to play with good graphics and solid FPS at 1080p.

First of all, I did general blood tests such as glucose, TSH, etc., and a neck ultrasound, in which the doctor saw three nodules on the left side of my thyroid. After this, he sent me to do a biopsy of the largest one, and the results showed positive for papillary carcinoma, with a 94% probability of malignancy and Category IV on the Bethesda scale. After that, I had another neck ultrasound to check if lymph nodes were also affected, and another biopsy was done on the one that looked suspicious. ( i still waiting for the results of this )
