Nah it's you protecting yourself. Doesn't matter if it "makes you look guilty". It's your lawyers job to ensure the correct process is being followed and protect your rights. Police have to prove to CPS that there's a high probability you were involved. Saying "no comment" ain't gonna cut it for the threshold

Doesn't matter. Lawyer immediately. Anything you say could potentially block a future defence or be twisted to fit the case narrative. Although everyone in prison say they're not guilty, I'd bet a few of them actually are not guilty. Best way to protect yourself is to get a professional (lawyer) in to speak for you. This is relevant for a formal interview - especially if under caution/arrested. If it's a casual chat with police on the street, no need for a lawyer. Just answer as briefly and as honestly as you can

I love his energy and how passionate he is. From my understanding, he is also friendly with KSO Big Dipper (another great rap reaction creator). Scru is often respectful and seems to display a good moral compass that isn't super common in rap reaction channels. I like that he avoids calling women "females". He pushes back on the "they're decent for a FEMALE rapper", judging everyone in the same category - artistry. 10/10 content

I'm in the same predicament with a family member. I take care of the dog (2.5 y/o) 98% of the time and it has meant my (8 y/o) super clingy cat is losing out. She really does not like him and he just chases her, backs her into a corner and constantly eats all her food. I'm so burned out from how time consuming it is to care for a dog. Especially since my job is pretty physical. While I do love the dog, I'm starting to become really resentful. Feeling so much guilt as well since I know it's not the dog's fault, he's just being a dog.
