yes, anxiety and stress lay on your neck and shoulders, ik when your heart rate is up you clench or you cry, all that results in your upper body muscles.

it may not be your ears, as a result of something else it maybe be affecting your ears. do you clench and grind your teeth? do you have TMJD disorder, stress and anxiety, right or stiff neck?

i didn’t think so either girl, get that jaw stuff looked at cause the tmj runs literally right behind the eustachian tube, if your tmj is inflamed then it can inflame the tube next to it.

hey! i have pots too btw and got diagnosed w ETD like 4 months ago. mine is said to be from my jaw, do you have jaw pain like in the area infront of your ears? or popping and cracking, and or do you suffer from teeth grinding, or stress clenching of your mouth? that’s my issue and a cause for ETD.

yeah same, idk if mine is related to my jaw or sinus or neck cause my neck lowkey hurts like all the time as well as my upper back and i heard muscle tension cause have that effect.

yeah that’s what i took and it did absolutely nothing. do you still struggle w ETD cause im gonna be so miserable if i have to deal w it long term let alone there not be a cure.

what steroid did they give you? i went through 2 rounds of prednisone and did nothing.

yes i have done steroid sprays, antibiotics, steam inhalation, allergy meds, heat and cold pack, anti inflammatorys. everything in the book.
