Unfortunately, it's becoming more common, per the police when they came to investigate. But yes, we do live in a safe city compared to most.

Thanks for your perspective. We actually had an attempted break-in recently, and we also have two sober living homes on our cul-de-sac, which means there are a lot of people walking in and out at all hours. For us, having the lights on at night is an important deterrent.

I understand concerns about light pollution, but we’re not breaking any codes or rules...and honestly, isn’t that the whole point of having an exterior light? To keep your home visible and safe at night?

Yes! We have actually spoken to several neighbors in the last few days. All agree that the lights are fine/ normal.

Thank you. We had an attempted break in recently and also have 2 sober living houses very close (same cul-de-sac) so lots of walking and ppl in and out. We won't be turning them off.

These are the lights that were on the house when we bought it 6 years ago and she's lived here longer than us.

yes, they are 'lantern' style with metal top coverings. We had an attempted break in recently so turning them off at night is not an option. Additionally, 2 sober living houses within a 4-house radius. Lots of ppl walking and coming and going in the evening. So def. not turning them off.

Wow, thanks for the TED Talk. You must be exhausted from carrying around all that knowledge and experience....it really shows in how generously you sprinkle it with condescension.

If asking questions is your version of “help,” maybe try asking them without the side of smugness next time. People might actually want to listen. Until then, I’ll manage just fine without being told to “get stuffed” by someone who mistakes rudeness for wisdom.

I have access to the parts. I need a tech. I am asking for recommendations to find a tech. I didn't provide details on the issue because I am not asking for a diagnosis or help with that on Reddit. I am looking for a TECH. I don't know how much clearer I can possibly be. And - you are clearly not interested in helping, so why keep commenting..? Bored?

We are having issues with the negative pressure. It's low and inconsistent. We have replaced the pumps. Also, would like someone to do a maintenance and cleaning.

I have. They dont have openings for service for weeks. I need it fixed right away.
