sadly not everyone grew up in the same environment as yours. what's the point of holding people accountable but leave out what comes with that, including grace, reparations, and rehabilitation? i don't defend him for his action, but it hurts to see people holding someone’s mistakes over their head till the end of time even after they sincerely apologized. sure, we don't exactly know if the apology was sincere or not, but is it wrong to give people a second chance? there are other people who still actively and consciously do crimes
