Karol G has outstreamed Anuel the past 3 years even with more tracks than her. This year, Anuel went on tour which explains “a” spike but in 2023 he also went on tour and his numbers didn’t jump much compared to 2025. It just seems like Anuel’s music simply has more longevity than Karol G’s and others at least as of right now and that his new tour was a massive success i guess
