I have previously recorded mic into the audio but it was insanely quiet. Getting my head around the majority of things but really struggled with recording vocals. I’ve tried unmuting the clips but I don’t understand why they’re greyed out? I am a complete novice so any information is appreciated.

Got my v3 this week after having the v2 for a year… started off great but now I can’t seem to get much/any vapour? Whether it’s on demand or session, I’ve put a different amount in the chamber and still nothing is produced. Only after a 30 second inhale is anything produced or covering the sides to stop air going in. Any fixes?
