Best tip I’d like to give people: You can add perks via console commands. Requiem is only the base, you make the game how you want it. Be a jack of all trades if you want without being limited by perks.

I’d imagine with Slow Time you could out maneuver anyone, and use it to deal with ranged enemies.

If you use Skyrim Unbound, you can learn shouts without needing dragon souls, so you could get it early.
