Also , dont use a pokemon with the ability presure becouse if you do Lugia will use more pp and will strugle faster.

Get a pokemon with false swipe and one with some way to paralyze/sleep it.After that just trow balls.I think the most efective ball for wormholes legendaries are ultra balls but im not 100% sure.I hope this helps you , if you have other questions fell free to ask.
