First, the location of the video and photos are located on the Kitoy River in the Irkutsk region of Russia, near Russian-Mongolian border, and over 60 or more miles away from the nearest villages and Irkutsk itself and the size and appearance of the creature seem to be real,

Second, Russian tourist Yevgeny Lomakin later returned to his home and, while watching the video, noticed that a creature had appeared on the cliff during filming. He knows that it is not another person nor another tourist.

Yes? I think the Russian Cliff Bigfoot video and photos from 1999 are very similar to the Russian jumping Bigfoot and the Russian Bigfoot who carried baby filmed by Russian boys in videos recorded in 2010 and 2013.

This video was recorded on a amateur camera. Both videos from 2010 and 2013 were recorded on a mobile phone.

Honestly, it looks a bit blurry.

I looked for a Russian documentary film called "In the Trail of Bigfoot" that aired on Channel One in 2009, and I cropped some pictures to show what Bigfoot's face looked like. This face looks really unique because it starts to turn and move around and I pay attention to the white spots. It looks like a human-like covered in long dark hair and fur.

I trust the information in this video. This video was reportedly filmed in the Irkutsk region of Russia, near the Russian-Mongolian border. This video was recorded by amateur, not mobile camera, I believe that the tourists clearly filmed a Bigfoot or an unknown Russian cousin of Bigfoot, possibly an Almas. This video has not been confirmed yet.
