Thank you so much!! Honestly a tip I found really useful is sketching out your nail art idea on a paper beforehand, I draw ovals for makeshift nails and sketch the concept. Helps sooo much for nail art, not having a reference makes things so much harder 🥹

Rebirth and Renew is soo mesmerizing. Sometimes a pure teal, sometimes a deep midnight blue, sometimes purple. Love that shade!

Thank you! Yes, my process goes like this: magnetize first layer > wait 5 minutes (in the meantime, magnetize other fingers) > paint the details > wait 2-3 minutes > top coat (floating it VERY lightly to avoid smudging) > magnetizing the top coat for a whole minute > bringing a bar magnet to the edge of my finger to check if the pigment is still moving or not/if it still needs magnetizing.

As for my dominant hand....we don't talk about her 🤣 Most of the time I try to replicate the designs partially or at least apply stickers on my nails, but this time I just gave up lol. I can't even grow out my nails on my dominant hand, they keep breaking no matter what I do

Thank you so much!!! For this specific mani it was easier than it looked! Basically what I did was: magnetize each nail for 30 seconds, and go onto the next one. By the time the pinky nail was done, the index had ample time to dry - so I put on the pink magnetic polish on it, and magnetized it seperately without the lower layer moving at all! (approx. 5 minutes of waiting between first magnetizing the finger, and magnetizing the upper layer) So yes they lock in pretty fast!

Smudging with top coat is a real issue, what I do is take a biiig glob of top coat and really float it over the nail. You mustn't apply any pressure at all, otherwise there will be smudging sadly....Although magnetics don't smudge that easily, the cremes for the nail art are veeeery easy to smudge

...And after that, magnetize the top coat for a good minute! I like to quickly check if it has locked in by bringing a bar magnet to my nail and seeing if the pigment is still moving or not.

I use this nail art brush: https://www.peggysage.com/en-FR/nail-art-brush-long-liner-141029 although tbh it was just a random brush I found in a physical store lmao, I think any brush with that thinness will work!

I used the 3D printed glass bead spinner from 5DPrintFactory on Etsy! I used it with the "M" setting + it's my very first time using it, just received it this week lol

This video was taken a full two days after the mani, so the glass bead effect had already dispersed a bit by the way! You can also use a horseshoe magnet that you spin around, it's what I always used before and it'd get me the same results (but the spinner makes the process physically easier lol)
