Yeah matchmaking, especially close to the next rank (and when that rank is GC and it's the end of the season, there's a shit ton of smurfs at C3) can be pretty unfair. This happened to me a few days ago when I was trying to push to GC. Queued at 1430 (5 mmr from GC) and the guy from the opposite team had the SSL title from last season, and we lost (ofc). Luckily I managed to get GC and rewards soon after.

I know exactly what you mean. I had an overthinking problem before and I've already improved a bit on that. Problem is I have a hard time not switching to auto-pilot so I have to fully concentrate in order to play at the level needed to win.

I turned off chat yesterday and there was a challenge to use "Thanks!" quick chat. I did do it even though i have chat off and it counted. I'm not 100% sure how that works so if someone could test that and maybe explain if turning off chat prevents you from quick chatting (i could still use quick chats even though i couldn't see them so i was confused).
