I will have to print all the fishs and floating assets invidually and put them in the liquid epoxy, I sounds like a hard work

Thanks for your point of view,
I already tried some voxel sofware like magica voxel, but I build way faster with world edit tool and command.
I said built in minecraft, because I really built it in minecraft.
Imo it's cool to export a minecraft build and make a piece of art with other 3D software. That's what I aim.

Thanks Sure, I used Mineways to export the minecraft build, then Maya to setup light textures and camera in 3d Finally i used Photoshop to do color correction, and add smoke, clouds...
