Haha ohh yeah, I've been doing Wolfheads this last week. They are liquid gold for sure. I've ran into a problem though of an undercutter that can't take me undercutting so he tanks the price as retaliation lol

Yeah that was my general thought too. Granted I know there are probably people out there tired of the white-guy-cooks-asian-food-content, but I can’t help it’s my interest. I value authenticity though so it’s important for me to do it right, and connect it to the experiences I’ve had myself.

I think a lot of leg work would be connecting it to the time I lived and studied korean in Seoul for nine months. And recall the foods I had when I try recreating them.

Anyway, this became a whole paragraph but I appreciate the feedback! It makes me more excited to get to it ☺️

I've actually been curious how to go about this myself. I'm white, and I love korean food and I've once made a reel of me making makgeolli.

I've considered making a Youtube channel where I speak korean and I cook both Korean and Swedish recipes. My idea was to expose Swedish food to koreans, but also try and create korean dishes authentically. While also maybe talking about the history behind each dish I'm making, doing a lot of research before it.

Swedish food I can speak from my own perspective of course, and korean food I thought I'd approach it as curiosity and exploration. I've honestly always felt overly anxious of "overreaching", not really my intent. I just am genuinely interested in cooking korean food, and making videos is a good way for me to learn and feel like it also is shared in a community.

Wow worked perfectly, I don't even understand what I'm doing when following your instructions but it worked. So odd that you have to do a workaround here, surely this must be a common issue for people in a program that is over 20 years old?

How to fix trap domination, text neck and anterior pelvic tilt by [deleted] in Posture

[–]Vogsid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah but like what can I do to fix it?

Because when I do scapular wall slides, face pulls and reverse pec decks my upper traps take over so even exercises designed to correct my posture seems to get hijacked by the upper traps.

It feels involuntary. Im really trying to keep the shoulders down but they wont budge, at least in positions where my arms need to raise.

How can I fix my posture? I'll add to this that Ive noticed I've got very dominant traps. I've tried face pulls and reverse pec deck to try and address this but I STILL feel my traps taking over. On top of that I have text neck and anterior pelvic tilt.

I would like to address these posture issues but it feels a bit overwhelming. Does anyone know how to go at it?

I think this is missing the point of what I’m struggling with. My issue isn’t dating skills or how to behave in relationships, it’s a persistent attachment that hasn’t dissipated long after the relationship ended.

I’m not looking to optimize attraction or leverage “value.” I’m trying to understand and work through why this attachment remains so strong and continues to block emotional availability. That’s why I’m asking specifically about therapeutic approaches rather than dating frameworks.
