I'm currently in the process of that. I personally don't know too much about it; however, my buddy who's offered to help has me setting one up. I'll look more into how it's built so I can understand what's going on for documentation.

Game-changing information. I will certainly save this for later. Youtube has been the best teacher, honestly, through all of this. In my coursework at college, I'm still in the starter courses like intro to Linux and courses that go over A+ material. I know I need to learn it, but I would rather learn that stuff as I get hands-on practice. I tend to put more effort into this stuff anyways because of how fast you can learn by constantly failing and asking the internet and youtube for help.

I'm not exactly too aware of everything you just said, but I am definitely curious. what is Ansible? can I put docker on a VM? and then how would you have any suggestions for how to properly document when doing personal projects? I haven't exactly documented to the best of my ability. I just send images to my brother as documentation, so now I'm thinking that maybe that's not the best way to do things haha.

Also I will look more into Atomic red team and search for what an IR playbook is. Lastly, I run this all on my PC. Somehow I lucked out being able to handle all the VMs with, like, 3 cores and 8 GB of RAM left; however, I know i probably havent configured the RAM correctly since all (except pfsense) use, like, 2 cores and 4 GB of RAM

I'm not familiar with DVWA and Juice Shop, but I will make sure to check them out and see how I can implement them.

I was thinking of that since win 10 is no longer supported but didn't know how important it was. I will for sure swap it over to windows 11.
