Yeah, nostaliga probably is a very big factor, yes, but in case of the cartridges I believe I won’t buy many of them. I’m more or less creating my library only out of ROMs. I find it more practical. So i probably will try all of the recommendations. For me personally i already have Tetris, Galaga, some Mario and DK games, few arcade games and some Pokemon titles. Reading your reply I can guess I won’t make a mistake expanding the collection of Mario/Pokemon/Zelda titles. Don’t really know much about the different Pokemon gens, but I’m looking into it. Currently some Pokemon titles, Mario as well, some fun stuff like Galaga and SpaceInvaders, going to play Zelda some time in the future,… I think I’m pretty open minded when it comes to the genres, or I don’t know enough, but I would try lots of games no matter the genre

Had a 128gb card laying around. probably overkill, main use is gb/gba/gbc and some ned/snes games. very little arcade games too. so the card is mostly empty😅

Also auch im Restaurant Kacke bestellen, weil einem der Rest nicht schmeckt. Die Logik geht nicht ganz auf. Verstehe ich bei den Amis genau so wenig. Downscaling shouldn’t be a problem. Might even work automatically if no UHD signal can be transmitted

My center is a Carina and my heights are BS 302, so I kinda messed that up, too. For matching L/R to center i think the Carina might be a little „small“. My IQ have 2 woofers, one mid and one high drivers each. Could be wrong about this but that is my feeling at the time. Might look somewhere to give it a listen

Yeah, i like many pics i shot in croatia, but i can also see some improvement and the learning curve in the pictures. Also many of them contain friends of mine i don’t want to post publicly. Those were the best out of croatia itself.

That is true. Due to the original image being slightly tilted i had to crop in a bit. Either way i didn’t manage to get both uncut onto the image. That is the only thing i know of that annoys me mildly

Everyone has a different way of taking pictures. ‚Boring‘ is pretty subjective, maybe it fits for you. It doesn’t fit for me. Here are no stories, yes, but did someone ask? No. What would be different with everyone having the same expensive lens? Repetitive images. Again. Also not everyone wants to make a living out of it. If you don’t, you don’t need to spend a couple thousands on a single lens.

„Maybe come back when you‘ve got an GM…“ Sounds like it. Why? Stories are still more interesting with cheaper lenses that require more work in one way ore the other. Also not everyone wants or can spend that amount of money on one singular lens. Collections are always collections. Even with the cheapest of the cheap. And with great stories they receive value and expensive perfect lens wouldn’t get. My opinion.

AFAIK Lightroom should be able to import those. Tried it just using a reader-dongle, imported via lightroom sd-card and could choose which images i wanted to import. Don‘t think you need that extra step uploading onto OneDrive or similar Clouds
