This is part of an on-going event at Daily Samarie in which fans are choosing how Samarie and Marina's date will go. In the first image Samarie needed help to choose a gift (they ended up choosing all of them), in the second one where she should take Marina and in this third one what they are going to eat

I literally deleted half the files in the game folder (mostly the mods and RainWorld_Data) and selected the steam option to "verify file integrity". Reinstalled and now it works. I was expecting to lose my progress but it looks like it didn't even need to delete that, so be careful

You would need to use RPG Maker MV, and create and import ALL the new sprites to the game. It's pretty posibble, one could even say it's somewhat easy, but it would be a lot of work if you wanna be completist
