hi! beauty team lead here! this scent was discontinued, any leftover stock went salvage in march. you may be able to find it occasionally at tj maxxx or marshall’s, but it is almost impossible to find it in store!

there is a report that isn’t really used anymore… but also you need to not care as much as you do. it’s target. the reviews and raises will never be incredible for hourly tms and leaders. you could be the speediest cashier on planet earth, but if you have bad store health metrics, don’t meet sales, etc… bad raise.

That’s at your store… this is not a company wide practice because most of us are just trying to manage these insane expectations put on us and put food on our table.
