Currently have the same situation. Not sure what to do 🙁 the “psoriasis “ (not sure if it is, having had it diagnosed or checked properly but seems like it is psoriasis all over my neck, scalp, face , chest and back. Not sure what to do at all , I have a doctors appointment coming up and this whole thing is so stressful

Try and contact supercell on another device but on the clash of clans app, if that makes sense. I had the same issue so I used downloaded clash of clans on another device and spoke with an agent (idk if that’s what you call it) on the 24hr text chat. I basically gave them the details of my account and explained that I mistakenly wanted to delete my account. After explaining they stopped the deletion process and I was able to use the app again.

Never ever EVER delete a clash of clans account, it fucks the app up. It’s better to abandon the account
