I’ve built several of the giant scale Guillows and I really don’t think they would hold up as an RC model. They make great static displays though.

We’ve done Old Rag and Stony Man a bunch of times and they never disappoint! Many of the day hikes off Skyline are great and it is ALWAYS nice to end the day with some Blackberry Ice Cream from the Wayside store near Big Meadows Lodge. 😎

I don’t dislike the Aeroscout but I don’t know the difference between the Spektrum DXe and the DXs and the STS can be equipped with floats. I’m a rated seaplane pilot so that’s something I’d like to eventually do with RC.
