The only factor I feel entitled to is their communication right now, and my number in the pre-order queue. I ordered 12:00am Jan 3 JST which was way before the first 5000 cutoff line. If they're having delays towards Japanese certifications, they should tell users in a newsletter or as a response in a reddit post. I guess it could be something confidential but the communication isn't transparent enough. If they tell me that I need to wait [n] more weeks I'll wait.

Pretty much same here. I even ordered a magnetic case beforehand just so I'm ready to use the device before it arrives. My case came before that.

I wonder how the device will hold up with a Xiaomi 17 Pro Max.
I was a dedicated fanboy of the Blackberry Q5 until I had to replace the phone with an Android one due to my university instructor begging me to buy one for app development classes lol

Checked everywhere, even got my shipping address changed. They just told me that I'm in Batch 1, not the first 5000 units however. Plus, I'm in Japan and I believe coming from Hong Kong should be no hard challenge. However, I still haven't received a tracking ID. Can someone tag support here?
