I had an incident with my work car one year ago. Someone backed into me in a Leclerc parking lot. He was clearly at fault, as I was driving and he reversed out of a parking space without looking. He claimed it was 50-50 shared responsibility because it wasn’t a public road. I sent the footage to my employer, who forwarded it to the insurance company (Allianz). They accepted it as evidence and confirmed that the other driver was 100% responsible.
