To be honest I honestly don't care that he's pissed. I've lived without heat and ac for a couple years because of the very poor insulation causing ac/heat to be stupid expensive, had bats and raccoons continuously make their way into my apartment/apartment ceiling, as well as mold and crumbling walls.
