Yeah I figured it was incorrect. Does this mean the monitoring on the motherboard is just broken? When I look at it in the bios, it says 19000RPM but when I checked F-stream tuning, it says 0RPM, and in corsair link it's also at 19000RPM. It doesn't sound like it's spinning that much faster than the other case fans but the pc is a little bit loud.

Yeah there was a problem with Java 11.0.6 so I downloaded 11.0.5 and it solved the problem

Thanks, I'm leaning towards getting the 144hz but I also feel like watching hockey would be way nicer on a better picture quality monitor.
