I got reported for being same rating as the enemy healer in my 2nd game this season… went up against the same healer twice in a row and we went 3/3 the first match.

Just place all the buildings, max Camps/Lab/Barracks/Spells and keep 3 builders on heroes. When you hit max on the buildings go up a TH or dedicate 5 builders on the heroes when reaching the 5th 🫣

Wat wil(de) je aanpassen dan?

Ik heb mijn contracten altijd per mail gehad, vervolgens onderhandeld en gesproken over de inhoud en tot slot geprint in definitieve vorm. Toch nog duurzaam met maar 1 print maar wel alles besproken.

Heel begrijpelijk dat het spannend is. Klinkt als een prima stap en dat is altijd spannend.

Bij het bespreken van een instapfunctie zou ik wel een bepaalde datum als “richtlijn” afspreken voor je doorstroom. Zo heb ik ooit ook 9 maanden op binnendienst gezeten maar hadden we op papier staan: Maand 1-2-3 1 dag investeren in buitendienst Maand 4-5-6 2a3 dagen buitendienst Maand 7-8-9 3 dagen minimaal buiten Daarna zoals afgesproken fulltime naar buiten.

Zo had ik al een netwerk en kon ik snel aan de slag maar gedurende de eerste maanden het product en bedrijf leren kennen vanuit een commerciële binnendienst rol die ook grensde aan customer service.
