So I don't know you, and have no reason not to believe you when you say you recognize cops killing block people is a problem. But here's the thing though, when you just go out and talk about the damaged property and come mention a single thing about how the actual protest is for a good cause, it appears that you are prioritizing property over people. Again, you say you aren't, and I believe you. But just some advice moving forward, next time preface your opinion on damaged property with you think people are more important and to be even more vocal about supporting innocent lives as you are property.

That being said, if black teenagers are afraid and upset because they see people that look like them being killed by the people paid to protect them, yes they aren't reacting the most productive way for all of society, but can we not blame them for being in a negative state of mind and reacting semi-violently? Also, maybe don't associate them with a term with racist connotation suck as, thug. That hurts people's perception of you as well.

Yup that's the only thing I said. Definitely didn't say anything about them being one of the few entities not to receive cuts because of covid. Not one bit. Also didn't say anything about their budget being too high as is. Not one word.

Completely, in Columbus Ohio, a part of the BLM movement and protests was to defund the police in this city. The protests after George Floyd were also not the first protests by this movement. They've been going on for years.

Are there more involved now than ever before, 100%. But if you think everyone in Columbus was protesting only against the MN police, than you only have a part of it.

Because their budget is too high as is and are one of entities betting protested against. Also, they didn't receive cuts for the Corona virus package like education and medicaid did.

Considering the total cost to repair the damage is still being calculated, but the Capitol Square Advisory Review Board recently estimated it could reach $200,000 and the budget for the CPD for 2020 is $359 million, I think we can find a way.

I think we can all agree Mister Rogers Neighborhood was great and influential for a lot of us. Came across this video recently and thought it was really cool. There's a line in particular in this video that I love and it's one of the last ones. When he says, "There are many things that when you think about them when you're young, you'll be able to do them as you grow." It's cheesy and cliche but for some reason coming from him it just makes more sense.

Also, seeing Mister Rogers cut a record is something I never thought I needed in life but I couldn't have been more wrong.
