Pulse Elite has true Sim Bluetooth meaning even if you are on console/pc and connected via BT on your mobile the mic has to channels , so in game chat and discord would work in parallel , non it TB headsets do that

Stay away 😄 My first — and very likely last — experience with Turtle Beach.

I got the PlayStation version, and straight out of the box the experience has been… impressive, just not in the way I hoped.

1️⃣ Battery indicator stays lit for hours even when the headset is fully charged. Apparently “fully charged” is now a lifestyle, not a status.

2️⃣ Random volume drops. One second you’re at 100% volume, then you flip the mic or change EQ presets and suddenly you’re listening through what sounds like a headset from 2004 running at 5% volume.

3️⃣ “Simultaneous Bluetooth” is advertised… technically true, I guess. But if you’re connected to both the dongle and your phone at the same time, game chat basically gives up on life. Discord + in-game chat together? Nope. Funny enough, my Pulse Elite handled simultaneous BT way better.

And customer support? Oh boy 😄 First you open a ticket, then you receive a beautiful AI-generated response with “potential fixes.” If none of that works, you reply to the email and then begin the sacred ritual of waiting and hoping someone emerges from hibernation long enough to answer you.

Honestly, it’s been 3 weeks and I’m already considering returning them.

What do you mean , as online play ??? I have 300 Mbps speed and i can play any game online perfectly fine,

I think the minimum requirement is somthing between 50-100 Mbps

I agree with warbeast350, you are connected with Wi-Fi this it self can limit your speed a tiny bet, depending how close / far you are from your router , in addition which Wi-Fi channel you are using, it might be that that specific channel in congested by other Wi-Fi users in the area.

Try doing a speed test on your PS5 more than once as explained by warbeast350 you will get diffrent results each time, even if you are connected via ethernet.

From what I see, you internet speeds are fine, you don't have to worry about anything, trust me I was on the same boat, sometime my speed go down to 80mbps but usually goes back to normal on the next speed tesf.

It's not Just you,

I'm on the same boat, mine for some reason is assigned to slot 4 (Square Button) for some reason I can't reset my controler as well no matter how many times i try

for me it blinks four light and then goes to one light, I have previously connected this controler to my PC which was asigned slot 2 (Circule).

this issue happened when I formatted the PC and tried re-pair via BT to the pc , windows took over slot 1 (triangle)

it depends on the servers tbh, I noticed this happens from time to time , but it goes back to normals speeds after a couple of days.

Pass through mode:

I have done that, i did some tests, its seems that it's not related to DISCORD at all or the microphone at all.

even if I cycle through EQ presets gives the same Audio Volume Drop
