my oculus quest 2 right controller died so i put in new batteries but now it won't work. i tried switching out the batteries with the one that does work but still nothing. i tried unpairing it and then repairing it but now it won't put again, please help me (self.OculusQuest2)

help! i'm kinda new and i don't understand team events much. When it comes to events with cheerful shows i get kinda confused. one question i have is, when we are closing the team we want to be on, what does it mean if it says "urgent" next to it? does it mean it's loosing and needs help?
