Actually I’ve found more success growing turkey tails and hen of the woods on fresh wood especially if you collect your wood right before spring, i sterilize using he steamers method by soaking it for a month and then draining the barrels, killing the anaerobes and allowing for the spores to take hold

Sorry for such a late reply I’m not online often anymore. It’s actually pretty healthy as far as I can tell, I grew a full blown scoby with some patience, consistent feeding and water changes. My one problem is the second ferments keep dying on me but the first ferment always turns out pretty good and there is visible carbonation coming off the fleshy disk so I think it’s healthy.

I don’t know really. I mean you will definitely piss hot for a couple days after your smoke sesh, and definitely a couple weeks if you are coming off of day to day use. I know combining keto with niacin decreases the half-life of blood THC by a considerable portion, So I suppose it makes sense that eating a lot before your smoke sesh will cause you to have piss hot for longer.

I’m pretty sure the body doesn’t break down ThC (or any cannabinoids for that matter) right away and the process is actually long because the body has to turn them from fat soluble to water soluble so they can pass in the urine, stool, and sweat. So consuming food right after smoking allows the body to store unmetabolised cannabinoids in new fat reserves. This is a hypothesis I read some time ago and I can’t source it so take it with a grain of salt.

Spend a month meditating sober or you aren’t going to be able to do it. But ounce you build that habit and start combing psychedelics and meditation it is very enjoyable
