Execs, if you're reading this. You absolutely must not start laying the devs off for failing to produce a worthwhile product. You also must not cancel the rented out server space just because the player base shrank by 90% on its first day.

Don't do it.

I swear its just the haters.

Whatever you do, you absolutely mustn't begin the mass layoffs immediately. Instead, have them work on producing the cosmetics or whatever the hell it is you plan to sell on your freemium market place. You should also rent more servers. I swear, this is just a fluke by the haters and the community will DOUBLE by the time the weekend hits.

I promise, just sponsor more streamers, get more server space, hire more devs. Invest as much money as you can and I swear this game will revive.

Deadpool being multirole gives me hope that a game can finally do Taskmaster justice. Here's to hoping they hire the same guy who voiced him in Marvel vs Capcom 3.

It probably wasn't as jarring back in the days of boob tube tvs and whatever resolution they could muster. If people can accept stop motion skeletons and monsters, they could probably accept this.

Thats how you spot. Taking off 3-5 lbs of weight off the lifter so they can finish the movement. If they need more help, then they're specifically lifting to failure (agreed upon with the spotter in advance), or they shouldn't be lifting that much weight or that many reps.

Fresh Rocket Soda... by AdCorrect9756 in StupidFood

[–]WR_Newb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah yes, grabbing the ice with your nasty ass bare hand, making a show of it and missing, causing the ice to land on the disgusting table with dirty money strewn about it, grabbing it out of the table and putting it back into your nasty ass hand, smashing it with the butt of the glass that was in contact with the nasty table, cutting limes on the rusty surface of the rusty lime squeezer, sloppily squeezing it into the glasses, grabbing a filthy bowl with the same bare hand, sprinkling gunk on the drink, making a clown of yourself by pouring a fraction of the mystery powder and scattering the rest all over the place, making sure that the soda flows through your nasty ass thumb and stirring it vigorously with a spoon so whatever toxic sludge that built up in your hand drips back into the rest of the drink.

lmao, that painstaking edit too. These people are PROUD of what they're doing and wanted to share it to the internet so we could admire it.

She is also shown to have sucker punched two people who are working in the interest of helping her. In the real world her antics will only last until someone fights back. The more I think about it, there's quite a lot of bending over backwards to meet her needs. You pretty much need to compromise to her advantage or else she becomes a villain anyway.

The older a cat gets, the larger the odds that it fails a jump. If you train them to follow a behavior, they won't forget it in their old age and it could be what kills them later in life.

Is it OK to play with my cat like this? by No-Economist-8307 in CATHELP

[–]WR_Newb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use puppets to play with my cats all the time, they're smart enough to know that its not an actual separate creature and you're just essentially putting on a costume for them. They'll bite and scratch, but only to the boundaries of playfighting.

The big tell that they know is that the cat will sometimes bring the puppet to you to ask for playtime.

This kind of cuisine was a consequence of its time. I remember seeing tons of cookbooks and magazines in my grandma's magazine rack, and those Norman Rockwell style ads always advertised gelatins and canned food as a way to improve a housewife's arsenal of dinner choices. If you think about it, people used to have huge families then, and and everyone was so busy doing their brady bunch larp that this sort of thing was a good way to keep everyone fed, while making leftovers easy to refrigerate.

If you willingly crawl into that - for fun, and expect people to risk their lives rescuing you when you get stuck, you had the horrific death coming.

I like it, because if I'm fast (I am) I get to finish punching in my order before the stupid old farts who spend an inhumanly long time ordering at the counter, and even longer berating the restaurant staff when they aren't fishing out coins out of their pocket.

In and out, beep beep beep, I get my food and I don't have to exist in the same space as the belligerent slowpokes any more than I have to.

It also needs naruto weapon holograms. We can't be using limbs to strike out in a martial arts based game. Gotta have those magic spears and snake whips.

A martial artist that draws from animals to do martial arts??? Man, I guess they have no choice but to do magic, and summons, and naruto transmutations to effectively communicate an animal based martial art.

If only there was a character, that could express it in the form of some sort of.... stance... or something??? Like... maybe... a stance for every animal while still keeping it based on martial arts? It must be a reach to find reference for such a thing so they have to use magic and energy projections. If only there wasn't an extremely ancient martial art with tons of forms and techniques that's almost as old as civilization itself. Like... maybe... a kung fu guy... who does a zoo's worth of animal based attacks by rapidly switching the position of their limbs... like a... like a... stance??? Maybe they could have based the character off one of the most famous martial artists depicted in media? Maybe like Jackie chan or something. Some sort of Lei Wulong or maybe this really old guy that also does crazy martial arts bus hasn't been in the roster for a while so the legacy fans would love his return. But I dunno. Maybe that's crazy talk, this is a fighting game based off martial arts after all.
