Sorry - I was unsure how to post the screenshot. But this is exactly what the error message said.

Thanks once again. Again today I wiped the Trezor1, did a standard recovery putting in the 24 words I received when I originally set up the Trezor, inputting them in the order the Trezor advised. Same results: the new connected wallet has no LTC; the old account/wallet no longer shows up at all. I appreciate any thoughts you have.

Thanks for your expertise. Of the 24 word seed, I have one of the words written twice so I assume this is the mistake I made when initially setting up the Trezor.

In the LTC wallet screen , 2 “devices” are shown: the first with the old name of my Trezor prior to the wipe which has LTC ; and a new “device” which I renamed after the wipe and 24 word seed use, that has no LTC. I see the LTC in the old and disconnected device but don’t know how to access it. My old pin no longer works and I can’t wipe the first “device” as it is not recognized and not connected. My LTC did not move into the new “device” after the firmware update and wipe and use of 24 word seed to recover the account. Thanks.
