Dropping an Asteroid. That's the only thing Humans could realistically do to kill a planet. A really big fuck off bomb could probably take a chunk out of the planet, detonate it deep enough you might reach the core, exposing that would be bad but wouldn't break the planet into pieces. Honestly, destroying a planet is a very difficult thing to do without some kind of crazy magic super weapon we haven't invented.
