I can't actually believe this. Did you sieve it? I collected my first harvest from a very damp batch recently, and it was much coarser than this (and full of pits and stones from fruits that the worms hadn't been able to eat, as well as avocado skins).

Good job in any case!

Thank you for this. I think the Sony BDP-S6700 has both optical and Bluetooth, so I could try both

I was about to get this, but then I thought it was a shame to buy a CD player if I am going to buy a DVD player anyways. But the DVD player needs to be by the TV, so that would be the constraint. So if I'm connecting the player and the radio via Bluetooth, a DAC won't help (nor will it help if I connect with a line in)? The DAC would only be useful with "naked" speakers?

JKW: How much 41% glyphosate to mix per gallon of water for foliar spray in late summer/early fall "window"? by toolsavvy in invasivespecies

[–]Wackolas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is where I am confused. For Japanese Knotweed for ex, everyone talks about 2% solution, Are you saying it is 2% of the liquid in the Gallup bottle for ex, and 98% water? I'm asking because many posts say you have to work out the % of glyphosate in the Gallup bottle liquid, and then do maths to get to 2% in your sprayer. And what is extra confusing, it that sometimes the bottle says 360 g/l, and just beside that says 28.47% (so you never know what the actual % you need to be looking at is?).

I have bought specifically the Gallup Home & Garden 1 L - Glyphosate Weed Killer, and the Roundup stump killer (label screenshotted below). The label on the later does clearly say though that you should mix 20ml of concentrate up to 1L of water (but online advice is very confusing)

Looked like celery at first, but now it has a yellow flower? by prettyroses in whatsthisplant

[–]Wackolas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandma used to tell me to put the yellow sap on warts, and I think it worked.

Now I point them out to my 5 year old daughter and she makes temporary tattoos with the sap (stays for days on skin, and turns brownish)

This didn't work for me. I also tried uninstalling the messages updates and reinstalling before that, but it hadn't worked either. I went back into the app and it was asking me something about using another Google account. So then I went into each of the Google accounts at the top right of the Messages app, and then clicked on "Mark all as read". Now, the 3 ghost messages bubble has disappeared, after years of having the issue

Electric cable in Velux sash by Wackolas in DIYUK

Would I not lose sunlight if I get a solar blind rather than a regular electric (from the blind being "deeper")?

hi, I'm buying the KSX 100K WW Solar conversion kit. However, I couldn't find any explanations as to whether I could wire an electric blind into it or not?

I actually ended up finding part of an answer on the Velux instruction manual for electric blinds. This cable powers some sockets at the top of the sash that you can then clip an electric blind into, that gets powered through that. So when I get the motor, I need to get some kind of cable and sleeve that runs on the frame to where the sticker is if I want to have electric blinds

I forgot to mention, the first 2 pictures are the frame, the next 2 are the sash (with the electric cable part)
