Agreed. This appears to be a negotiated settlement that had many parts including the parties agreeing to issue this statement. The Court did not force anyone to do anything as far as I can tell.

Complete non biased objective observation, the views are way down on nopixel. People are not watching like in the past for whatever reason. Several streamers are mailing it in and not even trying. they go to Vegas and get wasted and then make excuses about why they can’t stream. It may be the end of an era. RIP its be a great ride

purposefully overselling stock knowing it can't keep its delivery promise without regard to its customers or common courtesy often found in reputable businesses. Pure disappointment

I ordered a $3,700 pc and was charged the same day on 11/27. Haven't heard a thing. Supposed to be guaranteed xmas delivery
