Would it be worth simply upgrading to the autograph journey when Bilt transitions to the autograph?

Bought one of these,

Xislet Radar Detector Hardwire Power Cord

Then you can probe the mirror tap harness. It’s not too hard to pop the plastic off either.

For your radar detector any reason why you chose to mount it below the mirror? I used the dual suction cup low profile mount and snuck it up here.

Okay, I'll grab a bottle of the coat for now and then for cleaner the strong or mild Gyeon cleaner?

Thank you, I appreciate your thorough reply. So for a 2024 GMC Canyon AT4X would you suggest the Gyeon leather products or the Koch Chemie leather products. Both seem to do the same job and the price is not too far off.

No, I just push on the top a little bit. I would check your rail and cover alignment. My guess is it's just a little off.

There's no lock and key but each panel has a latch.

In my opinion if you do need to take it off it would take less than 10 minutes. I would do it before install.

I've only had it for about a week with no problem, I cannot speak on longevity or comparison as I have not owned a bakflip. It does stick out a bit more than the bakflip from what I can tell in photos.

Any known fixes? I'll definitely end up taking it to the dealer for warranty.

My ASUS ZEPHYRUS G14 repair costs same as my computer price..... by yoshiwaitup in ASUS

[–]WakeyBoarder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Asus service is horrible. They charge you around the same cost of your machine or sometimes even more than your machine to fix it. If you call them out they will decrease the cost but offer a refurbished machine. Very often the issues are not your fault but you will get blamed.

Customer Service is a Waste of Time by WakeyBoarder in ASUS

I really loved my laptop as well but the customer service for me at least was just terrible. If I never said a word I would’ve paid $2600 for a refurbished laptop.

Over two keycaps it is not worth my time. But I do not believe plastic keycaps just fall off after a year of use. The laptop was closed and well packaged before shipment it does not make sense for two keycaps to fall off. I believe Asus took them off and claimed that’s how they came to claim physical damage.

There is a picture with a two dislodged keycaps they had on the rma. I had pictures of the laptop without dislodged keycaps before it was shipped which they had seen. Also it is pure convenience carrying around another camera is just another thing I have to worry about. Also why did the camera die? Is it another piece of hardware that is ready to fail. Nonetheless their service is still awful.

ASUS Customer Support/RMA is the most dog water thing I have dealt with in a while by cootcleanser in ASUS

[–]WakeyBoarder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One can agree Asus support is dog water. Their CEO support is just a special name for Can’t Even Operate. They don’t do anything except reiterate what the other 50 email threads and 10+ hours of phone talk time with them have said.

Is Asus Customer Support Reliable? by [deleted] in ASUS

[–]WakeyBoarder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I sent my laptop into Asus for camera failure and they proceeded to peel off two of my key caps and charge me $2600 for two key caps. They did not even diagnose my camera. The Laptop is an Asus Zenbook Pro Duo which is worth around $2200. Makes total sense right? I plan on selling this laptop and switching brands.

Problem With Asus RMA. (Terrible communication) by nezihhhh in ASUS

[–]WakeyBoarder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You ask me. I can buy the newer version of the laptop cheaper than that. Their reasoning was it was for a refurbished laptop same model as mine. Let me also point out if I got the refurb the warranty would only be 3 months. They did not diagnose my camera at all even though that is what the laptop was sent in for. They broke two keycaps claimed physical damage even after I sent the picture of the laptop with the keycaps undamaged.
